Applicable to all single phase users for a residential home, barn equipment, grain bins, grain drying equipment, dairy operations equipment, shop equipment, portable trailers, house trailers, churches, mobile homes or other temporary housing units, and other increased uses of power metered through one meter, requiring a maximum transformer capacity of 50 KVA, as long as proper service voltages can be maintained on the company’s electric system without impacting other consumers of energy.
In the event that a consumer who is served by this rate schedule desires to serve their home and a qualified service (as described above) from the same transformer, the maximum transformer requirement shall be 75 KVA; the consumer will still qualify for this rate schedule after satisfying requirements in the Cooperative’s line extension policies.
This rate is also applicable to non-seasonal commercial users for all uses meeting the following requirements:
All kWh sold under this tariff shall be subject to a Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment (WPCA) in accordance with Rider WPCA.

All kWh sold under this tariff shall be subject to the kWh tax as mandated in Section 5727.81 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code, according to the charges listed in the kWh Tax Rider.
The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be the applicable monthly service fee.
The above rates are net, the gross rates being an additional 7% of the past due balance. However, the gross rates shall not be less than $1.00 in excess of the net rates. Members shall pay their bills by the due date. In the event the bill is not paid by the due date, the gross rate shall apply. Mail payments shall be credited as of the date received by Pioneer.
Budget billing is available upon request by the consumer.
