Join Us For our 2026 Annual Meeting

One of the best opportunities to better understand and connect with your cooperative is attending our annual meeting. Because we are member-owned, staying connected, informed, and engaged is essential to the success of Pioneer and the communities we serve. That’s why I want to personally invite you to attend Pioneer Electric’s Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Graham Elementary School.

Doors will open at 8:30 a.m., and we’ll begin the morning with a hot breakfast and time to visit with neighbors, members of our board of trustees, and employees. Presentations will begin promptly at 9 a.m.

During the meeting, I — along with members of our leadership team — will provide an update on the current state of Pioneer Electric, share our plans and priorities for 2026,and discuss trends shaping the power industry.

We’ll spend time discussing the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, what it means for electric cooperatives, and how growing large power users and data centers are influencing the electric grid and long-term planning. These are complex issues, and your annual meeting is an important opportunity to learn how they affect reliability, costs, and the future of your cooperative.

You will also hear directly from members of the board of trustees, who help guide the cooperative on your behalf and ensure decisions are made with the best interests of the membership in mind.

The electric industry is evolving faster than ever. From new technologies and regulatory changes to increased demand for reliable, affordable power, it’s more important than ever for members to stay informed about what’s happening — not only within your cooperative, but across the broader energy landscape. Staying engaged helps ensure your cooperative remains strong, transparent, and well-positioned for the future.

If you’ve never attended an annual meeting, or if it’s been a while, I strongly encourage you to join us this year. These meetings are designed to be informative, transparent, and welcoming. They give you a clear picture of where your cooperative stands today and how we are preparing for the future.

We value your membership, your trust, and your involvement. I hope you’ll take a little time on March 21 to enjoy breakfast with us, learn more about your cooperative, and be part of the conversation.
